My marketing course studies also gave me a clear understanding of promotion of my products and business opportunity.  I have a clear understanding as well as the knowledge on how to portray myself as an expert in my field by providing accurate information that is of value to those who seek me out.  I also understand the Internet and how to promote myself and my website.

I have taken the MLM tools that I was given and revised them into up to date tools that can be used in today's market as well as developed new tools with today's marketer in mind.  These new tools are team exclusive.  I do not subscribe to old school marketing techniques because while they work for a few, they need to work for the masses.  The mlm tools and mlm training I provide all of my team members regardless of their monthly volume are cutting edge and work for everyone.  Case in point, you are reading this web page having requested information from me.

I do not require that my team members do everything I tell them or use all of my tools, in fact I'm always open to trying new tools and advertising methods.  I encourage each team member to step out and try new things once they have taken their business into profit.

In the first two years of my business I only had a few months that I was into profit. This has changed and my business has consistently been in profit every month of 2007. They way I approach my business is to teach and train everyone in the team with the use of my professional forum so that they can stand on their own and once their initial training is complete, they no longer need to have their hand held while conducting their business.  I do not prescribe to signing up with the flavor of the month distributor.  That isn’t always the best choice. 

While I am part of the fastest growing team in our company I continue to break the mold of old school network marketers by building my team based on a solid foundation based on industry education and state of the art tools.
